Graphic Approval Terms and Conditions

Approving your digital proofs, you are confirming the following terms and conditions:

I am satisfied with the design layout.

I have verified that spelling, grammar, text, and all other content is correct.

I have acknowledged any concerns that may have been brought to my attention.

I understand and acknowledge that clicking ‘Approved’ confirms I have seen and reviewed ALL proofs for ALL files that I have uploaded for that line item.

Once my order or approval of proof(s) is sent to production, I understand that I cannot make any changes and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.

I understand that any changes made after the project has been approved and completed are my responsibility and additional costs may incur to reprint.

 

PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR PROOF CLOSELY.

Your project will be produced from the original art provided.

Please take the time to review your proof in detail. We will not be held responsible for spelling, typographical, or design errors once we receive approval to start production on your job.

The order will not proceed with production until ALL files for ALL items have been approved. If you need the order split, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

 

COLORS (PLEASE READ)

Art submissions with specific Pantone Color call outs will automatically be converted to CMYK. If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for information.

Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the site.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

For hardware product returns, please email info@marcadisplays.com  within 30 days of receiving the product, for an RMA (Return Material Authorization). We accept returns if the item is in its original box and unused. A refund or exchange will be provided based on your original payment method. The product must be returned at your discretion within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (All shipping fees are non-refundable) All returns must include accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Printed graphics are non-refundable, but the hardware portion of the display can be returned for a refund within the same timeframe.

 

Order Corrections:

If your order is incorrect or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 5 business days for necessary corrections.

 

Warranty:

The EZ Extend frame, Slider frame, Silver Step Retractable Banner stands, and Falcon Stands are all supported by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. All other products and graphics are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, along with all other products. It’s essential to note that, while lifetime warranties offer extensive coverage, they generally exclude cosmetic damage such as scuffs, stains, scratches, and dents—considered normal wear and tear that doesn’t affect the product’s functionality. Furthermore, lifetime warranties specifically pertain to purchased products and not services. 

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect order for assistance.

 

Limitation of Liability:

www.marcadisplays.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. By placing an order with Marca Displays, you agree to our liability limitations and return policies. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Marca Displays is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Marca Display’s control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Marca Display’s discretion if it is within the return policy time frame.



Shipping Delays:

We adhere to UPS rules and exclusions for shipping delays beyond our control, including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil, unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions. If a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit – at no fault of Marca Displays – then there will be a fee added at the time of request.

 

Typographical Errors:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices due to typographical errors. www.marcadisplays.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.marcadisplays.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Customers warrant that provided artwork is not copyrighted by a third party without authorization. We are not liable for any copyright infringements.

Ordering Process

Explore our website to find the product you need and customize it according to your preferences. If you don’t find the exact size or feature, you’re looking for, visit “Custom Quotes” under Quick Links, and we’ll assist you in creating your ideal product.


  • Upload your Graphics-

 

After customizing your order, upload the graphics you want to appear on your product. You can do this using the file uploader located on the product page, just before proceeding to checkout.


  • Check out (provide payment details but pay after approval)

 

Once all your desired products are in your cart, proceed to checkout. Here, you’ll enter your contact and payment information. Rest assured; we won’t charge your card until after your order is approved.


  • We contact you regarding your order-

 

Our team will reach out to you to confirm the order details and provide an order mockup. This mockup will display how your graphics will look on the chosen template.


  • Approve and complete transaction-

 

Carefully review the mockup to ensure everything is accurate. Upon approval, your payment will be processed, finalizing the transaction.


  • Produce order-

 

Upon approval and completion of the transaction, we’ll begin producing and packaging your order.


  • Ship-

 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a notification.
